2. Recreational Dive Packages:

2.2. Reservation of dive packages requires full payment in advance. Cancellation policies apply, and refunds may be subject to specific terms outlined in our refund policy.
2.3. Participants are required to provide accurate health and diving history information to ensure their safety during dives. Misrepresentation of medical conditions may result in exclusion from diving activities.
3. Liability and Waiver:

3.2. All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any scuba training or dive experience. This waiver releases Continental Scuba and its staff from liability in case of accidents or injuries that may occur during diving activities.
